Challenge

Creating a safe, reliable and trustworthy delivering and logistics product for the businesses(later personal). The fuel delivery mailnly focusing vehicles and generators. How the Experience will differ for the drivers who will be delivering fuel, recieving fuel and the comapny who will managing the delivery.

Building application from an idea to a full fledged designs, for Business, Building dashboards and CRMs, Lean UX

Feature building and method

The product needed to built as soon as possible so that they could test ith the user to check its viability, so to build it faste we have to create a minimum viable product (MVP) to test it with the users, also as per the discussions with stakeholders, engineers, developers and marketing and sales teams we found our users, and all our focus groups. Our major Cliient DLF told us they need delivery of diesel at their doorsteps for their generators.

The MVP should be Functional, Relatable, Usable and Emotional deisgn.
To build a strong emotional design We had to make sure that we have clear understanding of What are we gonna build? Why we are building the service? How it will help people?

We were adopted Lean UX methodology to ship faster and learn as fast possible, as it was never done in such an huge scale it was an assumption. We shortlisted the features and started creating user Flows and journey which was later going to develop.

Goal of app & website

People run on vehicles, and what if you.don’t have to wait for the long lines at the Pump, get assured quality fuel delivered at your home. For businesses we provide fuel for the generators which runs on diesel.

Target Audience

  • Primary Audience : Conglomerates and Business

  • Secondary Audience : People who owns multiple cars and wants to fuel their car without any hassle
